JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons made firing from the back upon the informant, on account of which he sustained firearm injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.39914 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartaha P.S. case No.64 of 2018.
