2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents on instruction submitted that the present matter is covered by order of this Court dated 14.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 8277 of 2023.

3. In the light of submission made by the respondents, present petition stands disposed off in terms of order dated 14.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 8277 of 2023.
