Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to be order giver and carries some criminal antecedent but according to prosecution case itself, it was Shaukat, who shot fire causing fire-arm injury to the informant, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amour P.S.
