JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 341 of 2017 registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the allegation that the petitioner is actively involved in sale and supply of illicit liquor and recovery of three cartons of Imperial Blue wine from a place where he was getting the liquor unloaded, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
