JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Heard Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 22.06.2020, seeks bail in connection with Ramgadhwa P. S. Case No. 144 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the petitioner is 67 years of age and the marriage between the deceased and her husband took place some 14 years ago. It has thus been submitted

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the circumstances of this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Ramgadhwa P. S. Case No. 144 of 2020 .

The petition stands allowed.
