2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other named accused persons became successful in securing the job of teacher after producing forged certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent. On similar ground, eight accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner has already resigned from her job.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the Vigilance has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is specific allegation that the petitioner has submitted forged certificates and on the basis of those certificates, she obtained the job of a teacher.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that other coaccused persons, on the similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate benches of this Court, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
