The petitioners are claiming that they are regularly working after valid appointment, but they have not paid salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11882 of 2017(4) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have also passed BETET and BSITET and there is no legal impediment in making payment of salary to the petitioners, but the petitioners are being denied salary.

It appears that the petitioners' salary was stopped on the ground of verification of the TET certificate. The process of verification of TET certificate started on 02.03.2016. We are in 2019 and more than three years have passed.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Court grants two months time to the respondents to complete the verification of TET certificate and take appropriate decision with regard to validity of TET certificate of the petitioners and ensure payment of the entire dues of the petitioners, if it is found that the TET passing certificate of the petitioners' is legal and valid. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents at the earliest within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
