ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-07-2025 The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Inter State Stage Carriage Permits which were granted to the petitioner by the State Transport Authority, Chattisgarh have not been countersigned by the respondent authorities. Learned counsel has stated that though the petitioner has made the requisite application way back in the year 2024, till date the authorities have not been passed any order on the same.

2. Having regard to the same, without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission. The Respondents No. 3 is directed to consider the applications made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders on the said application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that

Patna High Court CWJC No.9224 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
