Petitioner is said to have given Farsa blow to the injured Rakesh Kumar. From the Injury Report it appears that the head injury is grievous. Petitioner being in jail custody with effect from 01.08.2014, at this stage, I am not inclined to release him on bail. He may, however, renew his prayer for bail in the court below itself after completing nine months in jail custody.
