JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 342, 452, 504/34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is assaulting the informant with fists and slaps when Nanhak Paswan caused fire arm injury. Considering the nature of injury Nanhak Paswan has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 47552 of 2012. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
