2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2014 in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014 for the offence alleged under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the recovery of 50 grams Ganja. It is submitted that the said Ganja was thrown by some other person and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the quantity of Ganja recovered and period of custody of the petitioner (Sudhir Prasad Singh), let him be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
