JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of The Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

It is alleged that one Lokesh Yadav was appearing at the examination being conducted for recruitment of the constable in place of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware about someone appearing in his place and even assuming the accusation, at best Section 419 IPC is made out and non-grant of bail to the petition will jeopardize the career of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13610 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.645 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
