The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.176 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 409, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation with regard to the irregularity committed by the petitioner and misuse of the amount for another project and that co-accused have been granted bail, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, she shall be released on
