The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120B,121, 124A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

The petitioner has been remanded in this case from Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018 which also was instituted under Sections 302, 201 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and U.A.P. Act as well.

No.33487 of 2020(2) dt.15-12-2020 2/3 It has been alleged in the First Information Report that on secret information that a dead body is lying in the forest, the police party traced the dead body but a bomb got exploded, causing damage the police wirelessset. Without any enquiry, it has been alleged, the petitioner and about forty four others were named in the F.I.R. Only because of the petitioner's implication in a case of this kind, he has been made accused in the present case on suspicion. No incriminating material except for his background could be collected against the petitioner during the course of investigation.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 16.12.2019.

Regard being to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IV, Jamui, in connection with Chandramandih

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner does not participate in the investigation or in the trial, if the case goes to trial, his bail shall be liable to be cancelled.
