2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act.

3. On a secret information, police conducted raid and recovered 5.100 kilograms Ganja from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that alleged recovery has been made from the house which is in joint occupation of the petitioner and other family members. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 6.3.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34664 of 2025(5) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Araria in Ghurna Police Station Case No. 54 of 2024.
