JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 370 and 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused with similar allegation has already been granted bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. case no. 57 of 2014.
