The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 376(G)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Earlier this Court vide orders dated 25.11.2013 and 23.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 46728 of 2013 and 29574 of 2014 respectively rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained in jail for about two years.

Aalam @ Chandan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa P.S. Case No. 197 of 2013.
