The petitioner seeks bail in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Md. Jahid. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, the police did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioner. Petitioner is not put on T.I. Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
