2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of dismissal dated 28.04.2023 from the post of Panchayat Teacher.

3. Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of

Patna High Court CWJC No. 8010 of 2023(4) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
