2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 341, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused persons, fired upon the informant as a result of which he sustained fire arm injury.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on account of land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32818 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 277 of 2023.
