2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 13 of 2026, registered under Section 96 of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. The girl has been recovered and she stated that no one gave her pressure to leave the home and she voluntarily left her house and wants to marry with the petitioner and her date of birth is 01.01.2008 as per matriculation certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There was love affair between the petitioner and

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the age of the boy i.e. 23 years, absence of criminal antecedent and hint of relationship, this bail application is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Session JudgeVI cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi/concerned court below in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 13 of 2026.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
