The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bhairabasthan P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014(G.R. No. 713 of 2014) registered under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and he has not put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in jail custody since 27. 05. 2014. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submits that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Sections 395, 397, 364, 412 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
