JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19-02-2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36927 of 2019.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to COVID-19 Lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time fixed by this Court, vide order dated 19-02-2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted further six weeks time to surrender before the court below, in view of the aforesaid order.
