The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tishiauta P.S. Case No.51 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on secret information police raided the house of the petitioner and in that course two motorcycles were recovered from the Dalan of the petitioner. At that time, while the petitioner succeeded in fleeing away but, later on, he was apprehended by the police and on his disclosure, one motorcycle was also recovered from the house of Ashok Paswan. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48552 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner was not apprehended at his house at the time of raid but, later on, the copy of the seizure list of the seized articles was handed over to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 17.07.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Noor Sultana, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Tishiauta P.S. Case No.51 of 2014. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
