The present MJC petition has been filed for the compliance of the order dated 25.11.2016 passed in CWJC No. 17258 of 2016.

The writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities who shall

The matter relates to removal of encroachment, the opposite party nos. 4 to 6 which includes the District Magistrate-cum-District Officer, Gaya, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sherghatti, Gaya and the Circle Officer, Barachatti, Gaya have filed show cause and as per paragraph -2, there is no encroachment over the existed 'pind' and admittedly, the area of 'pind' is still open and as such, there is no question of a new construction of 'pind' by any one.

This Court is convinced that the opposite parties have complied the order. If the petitioner still has any grievance, he can approach the authorities afresh.

The MJC No. 2003 of 2017 stands disposed of.
