JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 82 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant, is of subjecting cruelty with respect to demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Complaint Case No. 82 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
