The petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2014 in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No.24 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedents, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
