Petitioner being husband of complainant is languishing in jail custody since 21.11.2014 in a case registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the complainant in the year 2007 and complaint case was filed in the year 2010.

It appears from perusal of the impugned order that earlier petitioner was granted provisional bail by this court on the condition that he would make payment of maintenance to the complainant but he did not comply with the order of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
