====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bharatkhant P.S. Case No.21 of 2024 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 12.05.2024 the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons armed with various weapons entered in the house of informant and assaulted him and his family members causing injury to them. It is further alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner took gold ornaments and cash of Rs.6,500/- from the box.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that both the parties gotiya and there is

Learned counsel submits that although the injury sustained by Vinay Choudhary and Gautam Kumar are grievous in nature but there is no specific allegation of assault by this petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Bharatkhant P.S. Case No.21 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
