03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 18.06.2014 in Kotwali P.S. Case no.180 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/ 26 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case by the Patrolling Party showing recovery of a pistol with three cartridges. It has been argued that petitioner has got clean antecedent and this fact has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2014 and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Vikki Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49392 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rachna Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.180 of 2014.
