JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-02-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that in light of the office order dated 20.04.2017 issued by the Assistant Commandant/ DDO for Dy. Inspector General CISF Unit DSP Durgapur copy of which has been handed over by counsel for the petitioner today, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed. He submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved by grant of benefits under office order dated 20.04.2017 then liberty may be granted to move the authority concerned for ventilating his grievance.

Counsel appearing for the Union of India submits that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1240 of 2016 dt.13-02-2019 2/2 the counter affidavit petitioner's claim has been disputed on account of punishment in various proceedings. Since copy of the office order dated 20.04.2017 has been handed over by the petitioner in Court today, this Court would dispose off the writ petition observing that if there is no legal impediment in grant of benefits under office order dated 20.04.2017, details of which has been noted herein above, the same be paid to the petitioner expeditiously. Petitioner would also be at liberty to ventilate his grievance in case he is not satisfied with the dues paid under the office order. Writ petition is disposed off.
