2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(1), 302(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of knife and co-accused Rajeev Ranjan Singh, who is brother of petitioner assaulted the informant with knife on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there was PACS election and petitioner is rival party of the informant, as such, he has been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. The injury on the injured is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32922 of 2025(2) dt.20-05-2025 2/2 simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused Rajeev Ranjan Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18982 of 2025. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents out of which, in one case, he has been acquitted and in the second one, he is on bail.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.937 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
