Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.3.2016 in a case registered under sections 290, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A ) of the Excise Act.

Taking into consideration that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Ganga Yadav who has already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Dumraon P.S.
