The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2014 in connection with Laukariya Pathkhauli P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 341, 323,324,504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against this petitioner is that he gave iron rod blow to one Ravi Ranjan Sharma aged about eight years causing him hair- line crack fracture injury on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is series of litigation between the parties and there is a case and counter case inasmuch as the wife of the petitioner has also lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11583 of 2015 (2) dt.25-05-2015 2 / 2 a case against the informant's side.

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Bagaha, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Laukariya Pathkhauli P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014.
