It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, the I.O. could only succeed to trace the call details of the petitioner and the deceased and on the basis of aforesaid call details, the I.O. submitted charge sheet against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
