The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C-1/198/2018,Trial No.3328 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner that is of subjecting his wife to cruelty with respect to demand of dowry. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care . The O.P.o.2 has appeared and she is ready to reside with the petitioner, if she is allowed to live with dignity and care. In such view of the matter, this application is disposed

No.79802 of 2018(3) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 of with direction to the petitioner to surrender by 27.3.2019 before the learned court below and on that day O.P.no.2 shall be present in the court and on his filing application that he is ready to keep her with him, he will be released on provisional bail in connection with Complaitn Case No.C-1/198/2018 Trial No.3328 of 2018, for the period of six months to the satisfaction of the learned court below itself. The learned court below shall watch the conduct of both the parties for six months by calling them in the first week of each month and on being satisfied with the conduct of both the parties, especially conduct of the petitioner, he will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders including cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
