The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the leg of the informant Dhurhu Singh. It is submitted that pellet injuries were found on the leg of the informant. There is a counterversion and the petitioner is in jail for more than five months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Dhansoi P.S.
