JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 453 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 382 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of harvesting the crop of the informant and also of assaulting him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and though petitioner no. 1 was accused in one more case but he has been acquitted in that case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1137 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Benipur at Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 453 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
