====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. By a supplementary affidavit, the petitioner has brought on the record the deposition of prosecution witnesses examined up-till-now.

I have gone through the deposition of Kishun Sahni P.W.4 and of other witnesses.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017.

Without disclosing mind on the merit of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32779 of 2020(5) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.195 of 2019 arising out of Madhuban Police Station Case No.92 of 2016 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
