ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody since 10.6.2014 in Jaynagar P.S. Case No.59/14 for the offences under Sections 328, 302 and 429/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased lady and they had been living separately since long. It is further submitted that these petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics and the husband of the deceased lady is also in custody.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that it has come in paragraph 23 of the case diary that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46294 of 2014 (4) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 petitioners are living separately from their son whose wife is said to have been killed, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in Jaynagar P.S.Case No.59/14.
