As appears from the very rejection order, which has referred to some of the paragraphs of the case diary, there were no materials against the petitioners. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has referred to some more paragraphs of the case diary also but has not indeed specified as to what were the materials contained in those paragraphs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47790 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 Petitioner No.1 is the brother of the husband and petitioners No.2 and 3 are sisters of the husband. Submission is that on balancing the materials in the case diary, it could be a case of bail.
Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds each of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kunal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga,in connection with Lalit Narayan Mithila University P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014.
