JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 03-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is a second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 7786 of 2014 considering the recovery of ganja of commercial quantity from the jeep which was being driven by the petitioner.

It is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 5.8.2014 but not a single prosecution witness has been examined and the petitioner has been in custody since 17.6.2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve bail. His prayer for bail is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15306 of 2015 (2) dt.03-06-2015 2/2 rejected.
