The petitioners are languishing in custody since 10.10.2014 in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently Sections 395 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. were also added.

The informant's Scorpio vehicle was robbed.

The name of the petitioners sprang up on confession

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7716 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 of co-accused. The statements made in paragraph nos. 6, 7 and 11 of both the petitions that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioners nor the petitioners were put on T.I. Parade. Though the petitioners have been made accused in three other cases.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have not been put on T.I.

Parade, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 296 of 2013.
