JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the criminal antecedent of identical nature against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge them on anticipatory bail in connection with Lalganj P.S.Case No.320 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali. Hence prayer is refused.

Let them surrender within three weeks and prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without
