Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 120B/34 of the IPC and sections 25 (I ) (A-A) (A-AA) (B-A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that one regular stengun containing six live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and furthermore, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of several cases, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case no. 04/2016 pending in the court of Sri Raghwendra Narayan Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna stands rejected.
