JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is an application seeking grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report which has been instituted against unknown. He submits that there has been no recovery from the petitioner's possession nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade so far though he is in custody since 20.06.2014.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner Shatrughan Ram @ Rai, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47000 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 P2/2 Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 308/13.

This is subject to the condition that if the petitioner is named in any criminal case of similar nature in future, the Court below shall be required to cancel the bail bonds furnished under the present order granting him bail.
