The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the daughter-in-law of the informant was along with sleeping along with her minor daughter when three persons entered into the house and shot the daughterin-law of the informant. The informant saw one Munna Kumar escaping from the scene along with two other persons including the petitioner. Munna Kumar was armed with pistol. The motive for occurrence alleged to be some dispute of the victim at her parents' house when they threatened her.

No.15604 of 2015 (02) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 Hence, only Munna Kumar was alleged to be armed with pistol and other two persons were not alleged to be armed with any arms and co-accused Manoj Paswan has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 25866 of 2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
