The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20(B), 22, 23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, 12 Kg. Ganja was recovered and from the possession of another co-accused, '15' Kg. Ganja was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 27.09.2014.

Considering the fact that 12 Kg. Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage in Palanwa P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
