JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and seeks permission to withdraw this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.75 of 2016, pending in the court of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sherghati (Gaya), with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and seek regular bail in the light of the observation made in order dated 16.09.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.36536 of 2016.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the
