Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court. In case, there happens to be absence of accused, then in that event, the learned lower Court is directed to take proper legal recourse and further, having failed on that very score, will commit the case after bifurcating the absentee. The learned District & Sessions Judge, Patna will keep surveillance till commitment.

In view of recognition of status of the petitioner while rejecting the prayer for bail under Criminal Miscellaneous No.25605 of 2014 (Annexure-1), for the present, I do not see it a fit case for reconsideration. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
